The 100% Arabica beans are from a small farm called "Silveria" ( named after the farm owners grandmother ).
The farm is between two towns "San Gil” and “Mogotes"
Process; full washed and sun dried on patio.
Varietals; Bit of Castilla but mostly varietal “Colombia” called “cocoyomorado” locally = purple new shoots
Elevation 1200 to 1400 meters above sea level
